在oracle 10g 查crs集群状态 用crs_stat -t很方便
oracle 11g 查grid 集群状态 用crsctl status res -t,很少用crs_stat -t ,但也可以用，但获取信息不全。
到了12c这个命令crs_stat 彻底废弃。
