startup nomount 报ORA-12514监听错误
C:\Users\Administrator>sqlplus sys/orcl@orcl as sysdba;

连接到:
Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
SQL> shutdown immediate
数据库已经关闭。
已经卸载数据库。
ORACLE 例程已经关闭。
SQL> startup nomount pfile='G:\****\pfile.ora';
ORA-12514: TNS: 监听程序当前无法识别连接描述符中请求的服务
解决问题思路：
因为@orcl 登陆数据库，走监听程序，在数据库shutdown，nomount状态，监听程序中还没有数据库信息，所以监听程序无法识别
修正：
C:\Users\Administrator>set oracle_sid=orcl ---------------------------设置数据库环境变量，制定登陆 orcl
C:\Users\Administrator>sqlplus sys/orcl as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on 星期四 6月 12 19:50:38 2014
Copyright (c) 1982, 2005, Oracle. All rights reserved.
已连接到空闲例程。
SQL> startup nomount pfile='G:\*****\pfile.ora'; -----------------------------nomount状态启动并加载静态参数文件
ORACLE 例程已经启动。
