以前也曾接触过EBS，那是在帮助客户选择ERP的时候，听过ORACLE售前顾问的方案讲解，实施方实施顾问的功能介绍，也曾到过一个ORACLE成功客户那里现场参观，最后相关资料是收集、积累了一大堆，并也假模假样的出具了对ORACLE EBS的评估报告，现在回头看几年前的那些关于ORACLE的评估，感觉自己当年对ERP，对ORACLE的认识都还是比较肤浅的，虽然当年的结论没有错，那个客户最终选择了SAP，并且已经成功上线2年，取得了不错的实施效果，评价一个ERP项目的实施，我当时就强调，第一要看实施阶段，能不能成功上线，第二要看，上线后能不能真正体现ERP的价值，体现IT的价值，体现系统的价值，2年过去了，现在这家企业运营良好，而且已经离不开ERP，再去旁听他们的中高层领导的阅读经营会，很多人，很多数据都是从ERP中来，ERP的确已经融入到他们的日常运营中了。

         目前在的这家单位，也要准备上ERP，而且是ORACLE EBS12,不过这次我的角色变了，我成了甲方，成了内部人员，不再是第三方的顾问了，因此看待ERP的角度也要变了，不管将来实施如何安排，我还是决定要对EBS 12 进行一次系统的，全面的了解，不求将来能够做二次开发，但是我希望我能够对EBS 的系统架构，文件架构，数据库结构，系统维护，系统管理，二次开发，用户界面，业务流程等有一个清楚的了解，有一个整体的认识，手头上虽然有ORACLE，IBM，汉德等的方案及相关资料，但是我感觉，既然要全面的了解，最权威的资料应该是EBS的文档库，于是从ORACLE的网站上下载了全套的EBS文档，准备从头开始进行学习。

         要快速的认识或者说掌握一个ERP系统，我感觉一个人要从以下几个方面去认识，体验ERP：

?  从用户的角度，及扮演一个业务人员去真正使用它，了解业务功能

?  从架构师的角度，了解系统的部署，系统调优等等

?  从开发人员的角度，了解开发工具，开发技术，

?  从运维人员的角度，了解系统维护，错误处理等

?  从实施顾问的角度，了解系统的配置，报表的开发等

我想一旦从这几个角度去认真的思考，学习，应该对EBS会有一定的了解。

最后，还要从业务变革的角度，思考一个具体企业的运营如何与ERP结合，让两者相得益彰，真正体现价值。
