TNS-12518 TNS listener could not hand off client connection

Oracle 表之间的连接分为三种：1. 内连接(自然连接)2. 外连接（1）左外连接 (左边的表不加限制) （2）右外连接(右边的表不加限制) （3）全外连接(左右两表都不加限制)3. 自连接（同一张表内的连接）

今天，检查到开发环境上的OEM启动失败。于是，重新配置了OEM。首先，将之前的OEM配置先删除掉，然后重新创建OEM。并将相关的操作步骤进行记录。以供大家参考学习。1、使用emca工具配置oracle的EM。-config dbcontrol db 参数选项表示为数据库配置Database Control（EM）-repos create 参数选项表示为dbcontrol配置repository，recreate表示在需要重新创建repository时指定。此时我们选择create。配置开始，会要求输入相关变量，如SID,监听端口，SYS、DBSNMP、SYSMAN三个用户的密码。可选项可以留空。

包由包规范和包体两部分组成。特点：1.将有联系的对象打成包,方便使用；2.包中对象包括储存过程、函数、游标、自定义类型和变量，可以在PL_SQL块中应用这些对象。

问题描述：今天，在网上看到一篇文章《删除redo所有日志,数据库无法启动》，于是自己也在测试环境上验证了一下。删除redo日志后，重新启动后出现以下错误：SQL> startupDatabase mounted.ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channelProcess ID: 23592Session ID: 237 Serial number: 7

启动客户生产环境的Oracle 11g数据库后，出现ORA-01102: cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode错误。SQL> startupORA-01102: cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode          官方解释：[oracle@zmotm003 dbs]$ oerr ora 0110201102, 00000, "cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode"// *Cause: Some other instance has the database mounted exclusive or shared.// *Action: Shutdown other instance or mount in a compatible mode.
