AIX世界中Capabilities做何理解?
Recommended OS Capabilities for CRS User to run Oracle Clusterware software
Oracle recommends CRS User to have CAP_NUMA_ATTACH, CAP_BYPASS_RAC_VMM, and CAP_PROPAGATE OS capabilities when running Oracle clusterware software.
To check existing capabilities, enter the following command as root; in this example, the Oracle Clusterware oracle user is crs:
# /usr/sbin/lsuser -a capabilities crs
To add capabilities, enter a command similar to the following:
# /usr/bin/chuser capabilities=CAP_NUMA_ATTACH CAP_BYPASS_RAC_VMM CAP_PROPAGATE crs
Repeat this procedure on all of the other nodes in the cluster.
Defines the system privileges (capabilities) which are granted to
a user by the login or su commands. Valid capabilities are:
CAP_AACCT
Performed Advanced Accounting operations.
CAP_ARM_APPLICATION
A process has the ability to use the ARM (Application Response Measurement) services.
CAP_BYPASS_RAC_VMM
A process has the ability to bypass restrictions on VMM resource usage.
CAP_EWLM_AGENT

CAP_NUMA_ATTACH
A process has the ability to bind to specific resources.
CAP_PROPAGATE
All capabilities are inherited by child processes.
The value is a comma-separated list of zero or more capability names.
