环境：
[oracle@sinosoft admin]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.3.0 Production on Thu Oct 16 14:46:47 2014

ERROR:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
....
----检查
[root@sinosoft ~]# id oracle
uid=501(oracle) gid=1302(oinstall) 组=1302(oinstall)
