工作描述:

1. 负责公司Oracle数据库及数据仓库的安装、运维和管理工作, 进行数据库性能的调整优化

2. 制定数据库的维护和安全管理策略，并进行相应的管理工作

3. 负责公司数据仓库的数据抽取及业务数据检查

4. 熟悉公司业务，熟悉数据仓库中现有的事实表和维表

5. 能够根据业务发展和数据量的增加，对现有数据仓库模型和ETL流程进行优化

6. 能够按业务分析的需求，进行数据仓库建模和ETL方案设计并开发

7. 数据库服务器、ETL服务器的管理维护工作

任职要求：

1. 计算机及相关专业大本以上学历, 熟悉linux操作系统, 有存储及裸设备方面管理经验;

2. 精通Oracle数据库管理，熟练掌握ORACLE相关数据库监控、分析、开发和管理工具，有设计和实施ORACLE备份和恢复方案的经验

3. 熟悉数据仓库原理，具有2年以上的数据仓库建模经验，能进行数据仓库数据模型的设计

4. 具有1年以上的BO Data integrator 开发经验，能够利用DI独立完成ETL流程的开发和调优

5. 具有良好的沟通技能，能够准确判断用户需求，提供给用户合理的建议;

6. 较强的文档整理能力与习惯，将日常维护流程及变更整理归档；

7. 有责任心，善于学习，注重团队合作

Senior database administrator

Job description:

1. Be responsible for the Oracle database daily maintenance, optimize database property

2. Establish the policy of database security and do relative management

3. Be responsible for the data extract and data checking of data warehouse

4. Be familiar to company business, grasp data warehouse structure, the dimension table and fact table

5. Optimizatizing data warehouse model and ETL process by the developmet of business and data volum

6. Develop new data warehouse model and ETL project by business team requirements;

7. Maintenance of database Server and ETL server

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above holder in Computer Science or related IT disciplines, familiar to linux system management, have experience of storage and RAW device management

2. Be proficient in Oracle database management, grasp relative monitor, analysis and development tools, have experience of design and implemement oracle security manmagement;

3. Learn data warehouse theory, above 2 years experience of design data warehouse model;

4. Over 1 year experience of BO Data Integrator, can finish the ETL task independently;

5. Good communication technology, can provide reasonable suggestion to user’s requirements;

6. Good habit in document management, archive daily maintenance documents;

7. High responsibility, open mind and team work spirit;
