BI系统运维工程师——北京

工作描述:

1.   负责公司BI及ETL服务器日常维护、备份和性能调优;

2.   负责公司数据仓库的数据抽取及业务数据检查,并根据业务的发展优化ETL流程；

3.   熟悉BI系统中的业务报表、语义层以及数据仓库中现有的事实表和维表，收集用户需求，并分析用户需求，进行必要的语义层和报表设计

4.   现有BI平台的功能扩展设计及外部数据采集的方案设计和开发

   任职要求：

1. 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历

2. 有数据仓库和BI项目经验；熟悉Oracle数据库，了解数据仓库、BI相关理论；

3. 熟悉SAP BO 系列产品: BO Data integrator , BO WebIntelligence、BO CrystalReports、 BO Universe Designer、 BO Xcelsius，有2年以上的维护管理经验，能够利用DI工具独立完成ETL流程的开发和调优；

4. 了解BO SDK, JAVA 开发、数据挖掘相关应用的优先；

5.   具有良好的沟通技能，能够准确判断用户需求，提供给用户合理的建议;

6.   较强的文档整理能力与习惯，将日常维护流程及变更整理归档；

7.   有责任心，善于学习，注重团队合作

BI system Administrator

Job description：

1.     Be responsible for the daily maintenance and optimization of BI & ETL server;

2.     Be responsible for the data extracting and data checking, meanwhile optimize ETL process by business requirements;

3.     Familiar BI system reports and data warehouse, collect uses requirements and finish the reports design and develop;

4.     Grasp the BI platform. design and extend function, design data collection project;

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor degree or above holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline

2.     Have experience of data warehouse and BI project, familiar Oracle database, learn ddta warehouse & BI theory;

3.     Familiar to BO serial products, such as DI, Webi, CR, Xcelsius etc., above 2 years maintenance experience, can finish the ETL process development and optimization separately;

4.     Learn the development of BO DDK, JAVA and data mining application is preferred;

5.     Good communication technology, can provide reasonable suggestion to user’s requirements;

6.     Good habit in document management, archive daily maintenance documents;

7.     High responsibility, open mind and team work spirit;
