给客户实施的一个数据库，使用了acfs来放置归档日志和goldengate，在使用过程中，隔一段时间会出现acfs hang的问题，数据库无法归档，有点类似bug：
Bug 18223103 : ARCHIVER ERROR AS ACFS DEVICE CAN'T BE WRITTEN ON
Bug 16805724 : ACFS FILE SYSTEM HANG WHICH CONTAINS ARCHIVELOG DESTINATION
但是这两个bug，版本是11.2.0.3的，且没有补丁，为了避免该问题，决定还是把数据库归档放到asm中，需要缩减acfs空间，留出所在磁盘组asm中可用空间，用以存放归档日志。
acfs是可以在线扩展或者缩小空间的，缩减空间如下：

#acfsutil size -10T /acfs

但是报错如下：
    acfsutil size: ACFS-03006: smallest size, without loss of data, is: 2060785287168 (1965318MB)

看字面意思减少的空间过多，会导致丢数据，但是实际20T的空间，只用了大概5T多，减少10T应该是没问题的，搜索了下metalink，居然又是bug：
    ACFSUTIL resize operation fails with "ACFS-03006: smallest size" (文档 ID 1597710.1)

acfs的bug也忒多了，solution也很令人崩溃，居然是把数据复制出来，删除原acfs的volume然后重建……

SOLUTION

WORKAROUND

Remove the volume and recreate it with the small size.

1) Copy all the files located on your ACFS /shared/ggrep filesystem/directory to another filesystem/directory:

$> cp -r /shared/ggrep/* <target directory>

2) Drop the /dev/asm/acfsvol<..> ADVM & ACFS filesystem /shared/ggrep/* using ASMCA.

3) Rebuild it using the desired size.

4) Finally copy back the files to the new ACFS filesystem.

看来目前acfs问题多多，能不用的情况下，还是尽量不要再使用……
