记一次数据库宕机：

redhat 6.4
1.报错
>alert*.log日志无报错
>系统日志（dmesg）报IO错误
2.解决过程
>尝试启库时报错：
[oracle@lqdb trace]$ sqlplus '/as sysdba'
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.4.0 Production on Mon Jan 25 10:29:03 2016
Copyright (c) 1982, 2013, Oracle. All rights reserved.
ERROR:
ORA-09925: Unable to create audit trail file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 30: Read-only file system
Additional information: 9925
Read-only file system 一般是磁盘或文件系统有问题，LINUX把它置为只读为了避免进一步损坏
# mount
/dev/mapper/rootvg-lvoracle on /oracle type ext4 (rw)
mount: warning: /etc/mtab is not writable (e.g. read-only filesystem).
It's possible that information reported by mount(8) is not
up to date. For actual information about system mount points
check the /proc/mounts file.
>根目录和/oracle均变为read-only file system
[oracle@lqdb ~]$ cd /oracle
[oracle@lqdb oracle]$ touch aa
touch: cannot touch `aa': Read-only file system
3.重启操作系统
然后可以正常启动数据库、监听。
