ORA-28390: auto login wallet not open but encryption wallet may be open
1、关闭wallet时报错
SYS@PROD1> select * from v$encryption_wallet;
WRL_TYPE WRL_PARAMETER STATUS

SYS@PROD1> alter system set wallet close;
alter system set wallet close
*

2、原因
If you issue " alter system set encryption wallet
close;", it will try to close the auto-login wallet,
if you do not
have that you will need to use the new syntax and add the wallet password to
close the wallet
3、解决方法
在11.2.0.1后，新的close wallet语法：
SYS@PROD1> alter system set wallet close identified by "oracle";
System altered.
