tmpwatch 就是根据文件被访问的时间来删除文件的工具
# cat /etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch
可以看到清理/tmp /var/tmp的命令，但它和ORACLE有什么关系呢？[@more@]

其原因可能就是'/var/tmp/.oracle' 目录被计划任务给清除了，缺省1个月清除一次。
如何解决呢？临时解决只能是重启crs 服务。
彻底解决就是别让计划任务去清理tmp目录了。
