今天做一个链路，开始增加了几个快照很正常。
然而再去增加，死活链路不通了。CONN 一直挂那了，最后出一个大概是TNS PACK错误
而在笔记本上仍可以正常连接。很不平。
NETCA重新配了一把TNS和NAMES。链路又正常可用了。
没有找出问题在哪，烦哪。

ORA-12570: TNS: 包阅读程序失败
环境：省局端hp-ux 11i oracle9i RAC 做为客户端
市局端red-flag 4 oracle9i RAC 做为服务端
当然两端都有防火墙
在省局端增加了到市局端的tnsnames项目kfrkxx
操作过程如下：

到此处，一直等待，没有响应，数分钟后报ORA-12570错误
TNS-12570 TNS:packet reader failure

If the error persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
如此的故障时好时坏，找不到规律。
后到google上翻腾，有8i的先例，又夹杂windows操作系统，不符合。例是有一博文上的案例与此类似。他的解决方法很简单，更新了防火墙软件。
难道与数据库无关？
