最近发现以前给开发人员设置的debug权限 存在安全隐患...
[@more@]一开始设置的权限为：
grant debug any procedure to tpreltstoper;
grant execute any procedure to tpreltstoper;
grant alter any procedure to tpreltstoper;
grant create any procedure to tpreltstoper;
alter any procedure （在任何模式中修改存储过程、函数或包），也就是说oper用户可以直接修改owner用户的any procedure并且编译。
execute any procedure （执行任何模式中的过程或函数），这个是有安全隐患的权限，可以执行一个SYS的包 给自己赋DBA的权限。
现在oper用户只有debug any procedure、create any procedure的权限，完全可以达到debug的效果。如果只有 debug any procedure的权限的话，是看不到PKG body的
