ORA-39142 EXPDP 11g-impdp 10g
[oracle@orcl data]$ impdp hzwsj/hzwsj20090321# directory=exp_dir dumpfile=XXX.dmp tables=XXXlogfile=XXX.log

ORA-39001: invalid argument value
ORA-39000: bad dump file specification
ORA-39142: incompatible version number 3.1 in dump file "/XXXX.dmp"
11g EXPDP
解决办法：
在expdp的时候加上version=version(低版本)
PS:
在高版本到低版本的处理上特别要注意 (特别是oracle的）
