Use the HANDLECOLLISIONS and NOHANDLECOLLISIONS parameters to control whether or not
Replicat tries to resolve duplicate-record and missing-record errors when applying SQL on
the target. These errors occur during an initial load, when data from source tables is being
loaded to target tables while Oracle GoldenGate is replicating transactional changes that
are being made to those tables. When OracleGoldenGate applies the replicated changes
after the load is finished, HANDLECOLLISIONS provides Replicat with error-handling logic for
these collisions

replicat 的使用参数
使用HANDLECOLLISIONS 和NOHANDLECOLLISIONS 参数解决replicat进程在应用源端发送过的“更改”（update，delete）target 端因缺少数据而abandoned 的情况。
当源数据加载到已经发生变化的目标库时，这样的情况就存在发生的可能性。
下面是应用场景
源端delete 数据目标端找不到相应的数据 ---replicat 进程发生中断(missing delete)
源端update数据目标段找不到相应的数据---replicat进程发生中断(missing update)
另外：
该参数依赖于主键或唯一索引处理冲突数据
