解决办法：
1. alter session set "_fix_control"='8198783:OFF'
2.将datafile先resize
Description
CTAS can show significant HV enqueue wait time in RAC environments. Rediscovery Notes: This fix introduces an enhancement for direct patch inserts / CTAS on RAC Systems. Note: This fix has caused problems as described in bug 10113090.

Description
An ORA-600 [kxfxGetHVEnqMstr1] may be encountered when executing
a direct path insert / Create Table as Select (CTAS). Workaround Disable HVE (HV enqueue) remastering on participating load instances
via fix control.
eg: to disable it in a SQL session that attempts the direct load/CTAS
operation:
alter session set "_fix_control"='8198783:OFF'
(HVE = HV enqueue is the direct loader high watermark enqueue) Note: This fix just changes the default "_fix_control" value for bug 8198783 to OFF .
解决办法：
1. alter session set "_fix_control"='8198783:OFF'
2.将datafile先resize
