重装oms和agent前读日志时发现有两个文件的用户和组被改为了root，改回成oracle:oinstall后，可以正常启动oms和agent，也能upload agent，但是网页打开失败，浏览器http://server:4889/em 访问连接失败，网络测试也是正常的，没有发现原因，所以只好重装，也重新练习一下gc的安装。但是应该可以通过./opmnctl status看到可能有进程没有启动，说不定发现未启动的进程后手动启动就可以了，就不需要重装了。
重新安装：
在重装oms的过程中，配置过程中报错，看日志：/u01/app/oracle/OracleHomes/oms10g/sysman/log/emca_repos_create14_05_39.log
发现 Repository Creation failed. Failed to create repository schema.
点配置界面的重试就又可以了，不知道原因。
但是安装agent有报错，安装后agent可以启动，但是做upload失败报错：EMD upload error: uploadXMLFiles skipped :: OMS version not checked yet.
根据网络查到的资料做了如下处理：
1、agent:./emctl stop agent
2、oms:./emctl secure oms
3、oms:./opmnctl startall
4、oms:./opmnctl status
5、oms:./opmnctl startproc ias-component='dfdfdfd'
6、agent:./emctl upload agent
