問題：

Services.msc 中Oracle服務啟動時報錯無法開啟

環境：

Oracle 11.2.0.3  Microsoft Windows 2003(32-bit)

Server : 虛擬平台(公司自主研发的VM很卡)

現象：

启动报错：

Description:

The OracleServiceQCDB service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

處理：

1： 点击开始（Start）菜单，点击运行（Run），输入 regedit 命令

2： 找到HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control.

3： 找到ServicesPipeTimeout选项，单击右键选项“编辑”选项，选择“Decimal"选项，输入60000. 有可能你找不到ServicesPipeTimeout选项，这时你就需要新建该选项。然后如上所述设置其值。  

再次開啟后OK:

C:\Documents and Settings\clouduser>net start OracleServiceQCDB

The OracleServiceQCDB service is starting.......................................

The OracleServiceQCDB service was started successfully.
