CRS-4534: Cannot communicate with Event Manager
先用ROOT权限。
再到grid目录下的crs/install目录.
执行：./rootcrs.pl -verbose -deconfig -force
返回grid目录下面，执行./root.sh
如果是RAC，要分别在每个node上执行。
