ORA-1092
好久没有用的一个库，不记得做过什么操作了
启动时报错：
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.
Total System Global Area 536870912 bytes
Fixed Size 2085288 bytes
Variable Size 150998616 bytes
Database Buffers 377487360 bytes
Redo Buffers 6299648 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-01092: ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced
查看 alert中：
Thu Jun 5 23:06:48 2014
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/admin/utf/udump/utf_ora_11926.trc:
ORA-00704: bootstrap process failure
ORA-39700: database must be opened with UPGRADE option
Thu Jun 5 23:06:48 2014
Error 704 happened during db open, shutting down database
USER: terminating instance due to error 704
Instance terminated by USER, pid = 11926
ORA-1092 signalled during: ALTER DATABASE OPEN...
然后：
SQL> STARTUP UPGRADE
SQL> @?/rdbms/admin/catupgrd.sql
再次 关闭， 又打开。 可以正常
SQL> SHUTDOWN
SQL> STARTUP
