无法重建监听。

netstat -a |grep 1521

发现应用连着，lsnrctl stop报错

没办法 关闭应用服务器，重启小机，问题解决。

metalink解释：

Step 1. Identify the faulty listening endpoint (the one listed with "Error listening on:"). For TCP protocols this is usually the hostname & TCP port combination, while for the IPC protocol the IPC key is involved.

Step 2. Change the faulty listening endpoint configuration in one of the listeners. This involves changing not only the listener binding endpoint, but also adjusting any TNS names that may be using it. If you are changing an IPC key then you may need for fix up the CONNECT_EXTPROC_DATA definition.

Step 3. If you have changed the TCP port and/or hostname then you should reconfigure the local_listener database parameter of your instance(s) to point to this new configured endpoint. See Note 359277.1 for further details.

Example for changing the IPC key endpoint:

1. Change the LISTENER.ORA file:
