ERROR:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
提示没有权限。
查看如下：

SQL> select * from v$pwfile_users;

USERNAME SYSDBA SYSOPER
------------------------------ ---------- ----------
SYS TRUE TRUE

SQL> show parameter remote_log

NAME TYPE VALUE
------------------------------------ ---------------------- ------------------------
remote_login_passwordfile string EXCLUSIVE

因为是windows机器，在ora_dba group中添加当前的user，既可以使用
E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\database>sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on 星期二 10月 13 10:40:18 2015

连接到:
Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
