19c rac数据库安装时候不再强制安装mgmt，ps：在rac安装界面组件叫做gimr，勾选了以后自动安装mgmt，那么如何快速添加mgmt呢？
官方给出了简便的方法，利用 mdbutil.pl脚本快速添加mgmt，参见文档 Note: 2065175.1
添加过程如下，确保已经添加好mgmt所需的asm磁盘组，19c中磁盘组至少要27G。
