文献库Rman恢复的几点问题
Rman备份不兼容
10.2.0.4的压缩备份集无法用10.2.0.1的Rman恢复，运行过程中报错。
al32utf8字符集转utf8（迁移RAC，可传输表空间准备）
al32utf8是utf8的超集，文献库未使用al32utf8的特殊字符，可以无损转换字符集。
