Incident management at Google — adventures in SRE-land
文章开头拿消防队与 Google SREs（Site Reliability Engineers）工作性质做了个比较。接着给了 Google 关于 Incident 的定义。再结合自身体验，讲到 Google On-Call 的完整过程——Preparation（准备阶段）、Going on-call、Incident 环节、rollback（灭火）和 postmortem（事后分析）。
