hyperion planning 的form的访问分配时 用户none available的解决
planning中，新创建了form之后，分配访问时，找不到用户，说 none available,
只有用户只有 planner的权限时，才会列表中

When attempting to assign user access to Data Forms in Planning, none of the Native or External Users that have been created and provisioned for Planning in Shared Services can be seen. The screen just displays the text:
The provisionusers.cmd utilty has been executed without any errors.
It is possible to login to Planning as one of the new users.
The new users had been provisioned with the Planning Administrator role.
Users provisioned with the Planning Administrator role will not appear in Planning when attempting to assign access to data forms or dimension members, as Administrators by default will have access to everything.
When a new user was created and provisioned only with the role of Planner, this user appeared in the available list of users when attempting to assign access to a data form.
Unless the intention is to give users access to everything within the Planning application do not provision then with the Administrator role. Create the Planning user and provision as Planner or Interactive user if access needs to be restricted.

Users provisioned with the Planning Administrator role will not appear in Planning when attempting to assign access to data forms or dimension members, as Administrators by default will have access to everything.
When a new user was created and provisioned only with the role of Planner, this user appeared in the available list of users when attempting to assign access to a data form.
Solution
Unless the intention is to give users access to everything within the Planning application do not provision then with the Administrator role. Create the Planning user and provision as Planner or Interactive user if access needs to be restricted.
