下面语句在命令行可以运行
sql>exec dbms_stats.gather_table_stats('wiliam','tb_sale',estimate_percent=>100,cascade=>true);
wilaim:用户
tb_sale:表
estimate_percent:统计比例，第一次采用100%
cascade:统计索引
