问题情况：（节点1crs起不来）

这里我们卸载grid软件

[grid@node1 deinstall]$ pwd

/oracle/grid/deinstall（反正是$ORACLE_HOME/grid/deinstall）

[oracle@node1 deinstall]$ ./deinstall

他会自动卸载，

在执行过程中会让我们执行两个脚本：

这里可能没有卸载干净，我们还要进入$ORACLE_HOME/grid/

把里面的文件夹删除 rm -rf *

再删除/tmp 下面的临时文件

重新上传grid包解压进行安装，crs又起来了。
