NetBackup 备份 Oracle 数据库失败，备份作业返回值 6（Status Code 6：the backup failed to backup the requested files）

没有发起 Default_Application_Backup 类型的子作业

错误

rman out file 显示以下报错信息：

Server Status: Communication with the server has not been initiated or the server status has not been retrieved from the serve

搜集 dbclient 日志，显示以下报错信息：

<16> openProgressFile: ERR - can't make directory path: : 13

<16> CreateNewImage: ERR - openProgressFile() failed

<16> VxBSACreateObject: ERR - Could not create new image with file /bk_47_1_683801398.

<16> xbsa_CreateObject: ERR - VxBSACreateObject: Failed with error: Server Status: Communication with the server has not been initiated or the server status has not been retrieved from the serve

<4> sbtend: INF - --- END of SESSION ---

原因

用于备份的 Oracle 数据库的账户没有权限读写 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/ 目录及其子目录下的 log 文件。

解决方案

在 Oracle 服务器上，修改 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/ 目录及其子目录的读写权限为777。

#chmod -R 777 /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops
