goldengate（26）--start replicat 选项ATSCN与AFTERSCN之间的区别
参数：
START REPLICAT
[SKIPTRANSACTION | ATCSN
ATCSN
causes Replicat to skip transactions in the trail until it finds a
begin-transaction indicator that contains the specified commit sequence
number (CSN). This transaction and subsequent ones are applied to the
target. All transactions with a CSN less than the specified one are skipped.
AFTERCSN
causes Replicat to skip transactions in the trail until it finds
the first transaction after the one that contains the specified CSN. All
transactions whose begin-transaction record contains a CSN less than, or
equal to, the specified one are skipped.
区别在于：
ATCSN means start applying from that SCN. So transaction with that particular SCN is included.
AFTERCSN means starting from "that SCN+1". Transaction with that SCN isn't included.
举个例子：
SCN=100
start replicat s_ex_li ATSCN 100 #####表示从SCN 100开始复制数据
start replicat s_ex_li AFTERSCN 100 #####表示从SCN 101开始复制数据
