我最常用的方法：
一、sqlplus中查出
select userenv('language') from dual;
二、cmd中设置
set nls_lang=查出的结果
三、cmd中执行
1.set nls_lang=american_america.zhs16cgb231280
2.exp tmp/tmp file=D:/st_invoice_line.dmp TABLES=st_invoice_line
3.imp tmp/tmp file=e:/st_invoice_line.dmp fromuser=st touser=tmp tables=st_invoice_line
