System tablespace is increased to almost 100% of storage, after check the dba_segments view, find that the size of table def$_aqcall is 80MB+.
1. Terminate the current push operations and prevent them from re-running.
2. Stop remote sites from replicating to the local site.
3. truncate table system.def$_aqcall;
