[@more@]http://education.oracle.com/pls/eval-eddap-dcd/OU_SUPPORT_OCP.home?p_source=OCP
name：这里是你的名字的拼音，看看vue里注册帐号时是如何写的，登录 点击右侧的My Account进去点击update profile之后有first name和last name，name=first name空格last name，这个问题不大，不是太重要，所以按照这个格式写就可以了，不用和我确认了。
Have you ever taken an Oracle exam? Yes
Is this a new issue? Yes
If No, please provide the SR Number previously assigned to your issue:
Question / Problem Description :
I have taken ocp test, but have not reviced Certification due to unknown reason.I hope to send Certification eCertificate to me.My email id：这里写上你的email地址就可以了。
THANKS.
