遭遇Bug 4511371
建立了一个DBMonitor的库，11.2.0.2的，想通过这个库访问被管理的库 10.2.0.1，触发了这个BUG

ORA-02063: 紧接着 2 lines (起自 DBL_C001)
Oracle Support查了一下，解决方案如下：
Apply the latest patchset to the 10g database
