This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Getting the following error when starting datapump import:

ORA-31694: master table "RECOVERED"."SYS_IMPORT_FULL_01" failed to load/unload
ORA-02354: error in exporting/importing data
ORA-02368: file is not valid for this load operation

Cause

It could be due to dump file corruption.
(may be the file has been transfered by ftp, or processed by a compression utility which introduced corruption)

Solution

Re-run the export to get a fresh dump file, and try the import again.

在本次的impdp时，最终判断是此a.dmp文件从window2003拷下来时，遇到问题（windows2003提示系统系统资源不足，导致a.dmp文件虽然拷下来了，但是里边的内容已经是corruption了）。。。重新从win xp客户端，远程访问win2003 ，移动硬盘接在xp客户端上，不接在win2003上，这样重新拷一次即可。
