部署EM 12c的Agent时报错：Agent port passed by user is busy
ERROR: Agent Configuration Failed SEVERE: Agent port passed by user is busy and cannot proceed with the configuration. Pass a free port and retry the configuration. (由用户传递的代理端口正忙, 无法继续配置)
使用命令“netstat -na|grep 3872”检查没问题，3872端口确实是空闲的。最后在Metalink上找到了原因。原来真正的原因是/etc/hosts配置有问题，和端口无关。Oracle已经把它列为Bug 13652664。

ERROR: Agent Configuration Failed SEVERE: Agent port passed by user is busy and cannot proceed with the configuration. Pass a free port and retry the configuration.
Cause
Command "netstat -na|grep 3872" shows the port is not being used.
The above issue is due to IP address for the server in file /etc/hosts is incorrect. But the error message is misleading. An enhancement request has been logged to validate the /etc/hosts file in the prereq phase itself. This code is added for PS1.

Solution
1. Need to verify the if etc/hosts file is configured properly
2. Document 1473185.1 has few more use cases where this issue occur
3. Misleading error messages will no longer appear in PS1 as the validation of the /etc/hosts file is done in prereq phase itself
