今天看了一部电影，其中有段话很让人感触。
“我们最深的恐惧不是能力不够，我们最深的恐惧是能力超越了界限。扪心自问，我们想成为什么样的人？智者，天才，名人，伟人，事实上，哪一样你不能做到呢？我们生来就是为了证明上帝赋予了我们荣光，而我们让自己发出光芒，在不知不觉中，也感染了他人。”
后来又找到原出处，原来是南非第一个黑人总统曼德拉在就职演说中的一段话，下面是原文，也许能给我们一些启迪：
[@more@]Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
我们最深的恐惧不是我们能力不够；
我们最深处的恐惧是我们比想象中来的有能力。
这是我们的灯火，不是让我们感到害怕的黑暗。
我们问自己，谁是最耀眼、最有资质和最令人惊叹的？
事实上，您不就是那一个人吗？
在世界上您只扮演着一个小角色，
没有任何事被启迪就退缩，所以其它人不会在您身旁感到不安，
而且当我们发出光芒照亮他人时，无意识中会同意别人去做同样的事情，
而当我们从自我恐惧中被解放时，我们的表现也将解放其它人！”
