CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.
记录一次RAC环境宕机后，CRS启动不起来的错误。在使用crs_stat -t 检查集群状态时，报错
CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.
[grid@rac1 bin]$ crs_stat -t
CRS-0184: Cannot communicate with the CRS daemon.
后来发现时私有IP处于inactive，激活后，重新启动./crsctl start cluster -all
启动成功了。
当集群不能启动时，大家不要晃，要仔细检查系统环境。
