3， 编写 response文件  静默安装，没有图形化安装的 人机交互的机会，必须把图形安装的那些输入值 用 response文件传进去
 安装包解压后，response文件的模板在response目录下的 crs_install.rsp。可以借用它来修改。
我的response文件如下。（ 图形安装配置结束时，可以保存当前配置 到 response文件。以后也可以基于这个response文件来调整）
