Solution#2:

Either workaround by :

Creating a manual tnsnames entry
i) create tnsnames.ora under $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
ii) Add entry :
REGISTER_LOCAL =
(ADDRESS_LIST =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST =rmm01.rexam.com )(PORT = 1521))
)

Or user netmgr if you have a syntax problem.

向tnsnames.ora文件添加
LISTENER_C121 =
  (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = T420)(PORT = 1539))
