利用v$session_longops的time_remaining列就可以得到这个估算值，>6秒钟的操作都会记录与此。
select username,sid,opname,round(sofar*100 / totalwork,0)||'%' as progress,time_remaining
from v$session_longops
where time_remaining>0 and opname like 'xxx';
