参照采购申请创建采购订单时，如果订单数量超过所参照的采购申请数量，在标准配置下则会出现如下Warning Message。

如果需要严格按照采购申请来控制订单数量，可修改此Message为Error Message
路径：IMG->Materials Management->Purchasing->Environment Data->Define Attributes of System Messages
找到对应的Message No 00 06 076，将W改为E。
