file -- 读取整个文件到数组描述
array file (string filename [, int use_include_path])
除了file()返回的是数组，其它的与脚本类/PHP/PHP用户手册/fancy/function.readfile.html">readfile()一样。数组的每个元素对应文件的每一行，而带有换行符。
如果你想在包含路径中搜索文件，你可以使用可选的第二个参数并把它设置为"1"。

这个函数不能用于二进制!
提示：如果"fopen wrappers"配置已经打开，你可以在这个函数中使用 URL 作为文件名。
