This section discusses the initialization parameters that affect the amount of memory
allocated to the System Global Area (SGA). Except for the SGA_MAX_SIZE
initialization parameter, they are dynamic parameters whose values can be changed by
the ALTER SYSTEM statement. The size of the SGA is dynamic, and can grow or
shrink by dynamically altering these parameters.

2. 其他都是动态参数, 可以使用ALTER SYSTEM 语句动态修改的参数.
