在对表做insert操作的时候报

ORA-00600: [12813], [1], [72797], [], [], [], [], []

错误，根据metalinke:138385.1介绍，原来是因为在做insert的时候同时有索引的online build同时发生，于是才发生以上错误，

此时去drop索引：

drop index IND_RECORDINGS_SUM_TEL2;
drop index IND_RECORDINGS_SUM_TEL2
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-08104: this index object 61216 is being online built or rebuilt

解决方案：

先将online的索引清除：

declare
abc boolean;
begin
abc := dbms_repair.online_index_clean(object_id => 61216);
if abc then
dbms_output.put_line('index is cleared!');
else
dbms_output.put_line('index is cleared!');
end if;
end;

index is cleared!

然后重新执行一切解决。
