1.手工配置oem的问题

emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
它将创建sysman用户。

注意该用户不能自己手工创建，否则将会报出failed to unlock em-related accounts错误。

由于网络上面的安全设置默认的1158端口不能访问，修改以下端口

修改端口：
emca -reconfig ports -DBCONTROL_HTTP_PORT 20720

2.在oracle10.2.0.3里面一定要有监听动态注册的服务才能连的上，否则将会报以下的错误：
sqlplus rnd/xxx@aepdb_std

而要有动态注册，则一定要配置local listener，否则动态注册就不成功。

3.由于两台机器，另外一台机器是tar过去，relink all这种做法的，这样在启动asm实例时报出ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager下面错误。

原因是这样tar过来的方法，没有安装init.cssd服务。

手工配置init.cssd服务的方法：
#cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
#localconfig reset $ORACLE_HOME

如：

Oracle CSS service is installed and running under init(1M)
