SVN repository 版本库布局的创建方法
典型的顶级布局为：
- a trunk directory to hold the "main line" of development,
- a branches directory to contain branch copies,
- and a tags directory to contain tag copies
创建方式：
- 要么用repo-browser to create the three folders (in three separate commits)
- 要么创建一个父目录，并在其中创建 trunk branches tags 子目录，然后在这个父目录上点右键，选择import将这个结构导入到版本库中。这只需要一次commit。
