When creating a new VM, do not select “Copy host CPU configuration” and then the VM can be created.

Modify the VM parameter, select “Copy host CPU configuration” and click the “Apply” button.

Go to the command line and use “virsh edit YOUR_VM_NAME” to delete the line:
