SQL> create materialized view log on t;

SQL> insert into t values (1);

1 row inserted

SQL> commit;

Commit complete

SQL> select * from t;

                                 ID
---------------------------------------
                                    1

库B(物化视图站点):
操作如下:
create public database link VIPBILL_BAK.NET
connect to TEST
identified by ""
using '(DESCRIPTION =(ADDRESS_LIST =(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = ...

SQL> select * from t@vipbill_bak.NET;

                                 ID
---------------------------------------
                                    1
create materialized view s_t refresh fast as select * from t@vipbill_bak.NET;

SQL> select * from s_t;
